GM Electronics is a foundry enterprise specializing in the production, sales, and provision of integrated circuit and power device wafer products. Established in 2014 with a registered capital of 255 million yuan, the company is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a key information security enterprise in Sichuan Province. It is one of the five high-end growth industry enterprises in the province, the first chip mass production enterprise in Sichuan, and the largest 6-inch chip production enterprise in the southwest region. GM Electronics is also the sole wafer supplier for the international power device giant Infineon in China.
