ICSI

Integrated Circuit Solution Inc. (ICSI), also known as ISSI (Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc.), is a company specializing in integrated circuit design and manufacturing. The company was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan. ICSI's main products include static random access memory (SRAM), dynamic random access memory (DRAM), non-volatile memory (NVM), microcontroller and system integration chip (SOC), which are widely used in communication, Internet, computer peripherals and other fields.

After separating from the American company ISSI in 1999, ICSI became an independent IC design manufacturer with its marketing base in Taiwan and offices in Hsinchu and Taipei. In addition, ICSI has established subsidiaries in Japan, South Korea and Chinese Mainland to actively expand the international market.

The product features of ICSI include high-performance CMOS dynamic random access memory, support for EDO Page Mode, and the ability to perform 256 random accesses within a single row with an access cycle time of only 10 nanoseconds.
