CATELEC

CATELEC is a company with a rich history dating back to 1972, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. Originally a significant part of Westinghouse Electric, the company produced a variety of power semiconductor devices under the Westinghouse name. However, since 1988, CATELEC has been independently offering a broad range of power electronic products under its own brand. 

CATELEC's product line is comprehensive, including insulated power modules, power components, and discrete power semiconductor devices. The packaged discrete power semiconductor devices encompass a variety of products such as thyristors, modules, phase-controlled thyristors, rectifier diodes, and bidirectional thyristors.
